Paula Pratt has been practicing law in Central Florida for over thirty years. She began her professional career handling commercial litigation and real estate matters, but she has focused her practice on family law for the last twenty years.

Paula enjoys representing individual clients and focusing on problem solving. Family law presents a unique opportunity for creative solutions to both personal and financial challenges. She is trained in the collaborative process and has served as a family law mediator. While negotiation is always the first option, when settlement is not possible, Paula is a tenacious advocate for her clients in court. She has extensive trial experience in both family law and commercial litigation. 

Paula received her Bachelor of Science degree with high honors from the University of Florida. After working in New York City in marketing research, she returned to the University of Florida for law school. She graduated with honors from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law in 1991, where she served on the Florida Law Review (Special Projects
Editor) and was a member of the Order of the Coif.

Paula and her Husband have raised two children in the Maitland area. Her involvement in the community includes a term as President of the Orange County Foundation for Public Schools and volunteer advocate for children under the Florida Guardian ad Litem Program.
